Default D16Z6 Throttle Body questions

I picked up my swap from a junkyard and some sensors and things were snapped off the motor I'm wondering how I can get these fasteners out? there's no head on them(they are the same on my cx so I know there was no heads on them to begin with )

And this was bent down and split so I'm wondering how I can get this out as well? I tried turning with the vise grips but it won't budge. What do you guys suggest? Thanks.

for the tps sensor, get a LFAT head screw-drive and a hammer and just tap on the top or edge of that flatted bolt..just 1 or 2 tap should loosen up the bolt and then you can just twist it out with you finger..

and for the lil tube..just get a plier and twist that thing from side to side and eventually it will come out..this is not that hard..

I wasn't sure if the tube was stamped in somehow or somethin. It's not budging so I'll probably just find another throttle body. Thanks.

I got the tps off, and drilled out the fitting so it popped out. I'll see if I can find a new fitting tomorrow for it...
