I've been searching for a place to buy replacement quarter panels for a 93 dx hatchback, but haven't had any luck. If anybody knows of somewhere online or about how much one would cost, let me know. If i can't find any new, would it be a good idea to get some from a junkyard?

Thats fine as long as its in good shape, and its cheaper.

 

i found a car with no rust at all and no dents in the quarter panel...i just need to find out how much theyd charge to cut em out

dude go with http://www.car-part.com , thats where I get quite a bit of the body panels for my rebuilds

 

Its gonna take so much work to replace a 1/4 panel properly.... but if u have a pinchwelder go for it... go to a nearby body shop and ask if they can order one for you... more than likely they will

 

well i found someone to do the work for around 300 dollars. i looked at those sites but havent been able to find any quarters for a hatchback(only sedans so far). i think im just gonna take a trip to the junkyard a hatchie with a clean body and have it cut out or go to a local shop and order new ones. thanks for the help though guys

 

My car just got backed into this morning. The drivers side back quarter is smashed.

It helps when you have a brother that works at a body shop I might get some other body stuff done to it while it's in there
