Start by ripping out all of your interior, removing all of the tar on the inside, remove the sound deadening from behind the firewall and then concentrate on the motor. Si's are a little husky when it comes to weight so the first item on your list should be weight reduction. After that, I would suggest ditching your current block for a GSR and from there it just depends on how deep your pockets are. You could toss in some ITR internals and that would be decent, or you could bore to 84mm, toss in some Wiseco's, some headwork and a nive aggressive valvtetrain and that should get you in atleast 13's .

Ummmm...if its in a 2000 Si 13's NA are going to be difficult...you're going to need upgraded valvetrain, upgraded cams, and raised compression. Start with cams, cam gears, and tuning and see where that takes you.

search, a post like this is made every few days. People have listed tons of potential setups for big power. 13's NA = $$$$ and it's generally agreed that stroker kits aren't a good idea, at least for street driven cars. bore it

Re: 2000 si 16a2 (BauleyCivic)
your going in the totally wrong direction with a 2000si, a b16a2 is not a drag engine and if made to be a drag engine it is not going to be reliable. Also the 00 si is a beautiful car why ruin it.
spend your money on suspension and all the bolt-ons.
h22 eg is a drag car.
