Would RSX seats fits on 2000 Civic?
Yes they will. Well honestly I dont know and have never seen it, but I have seen them in an EF and if they will fit an EF then they should fit your car.

Welding the seats to the bracket is kindda dangerous isn't it?

Yes it is. Dont do it. You will be screwed in a crash if even the smallest point is weak. What you have to do is swap the seat pan.
The pan is the metal support frame at the bottom of each of the seats. The EK seat and the DC5 seat has them. What you need to do is remove the pans from each seat and swap them. This means that you will take the pan off from the EK that mounts to your stock rails and mount that pan to the bottom of the RSX seat. This means that you now have an RSX seat with EK pan that fits OEM with the OEM rails and is as safe as the EK seat ever was.

You can actually swap the entire floor pan from one seat to another. It makes you feel like you're destroying the seats, but it works nicely.

Would this also work with 2002-03 civic sedan fronts into an ek?
I know the seat belt buckle thing is not compatable with ek/eg/teg seat belts. So that needs to be swap along with floor pan.
In addition, when you say floor pan, does it include the metal bracket stuff that is bolted on the bottom sides of the seats, slider, plastic pieces (on the sides where the reclining lever is)?
Thanks
