is there a difference between the axles for a 96-00 civic ex and 99-00 si? i know when you swap a b series motor into the 96-00 sohc, you don't change the axles. i need to replace the passenger side axle on a 99-00 si, and want to make sure the splines, etc will match up. thanks.

 

sry i cant answer ur question but do you happen to know if stock jdm ITR axles will fit a 96 civic hatchback?

 

For your 96-00
All 92-00 SOHC Axles are the same, and they are only for SOHC motors.
All B-sereis Axles are the same and only work for B-sereis motors.

ITR JDM axles
96-97 are 32mm and will work for any B-Series
98+ are 36mm outers and will only work in 98+ 36mm jdm 5lug
