Hey guys I was wondering if anybody makes a Mugen M7 knockoff. Maybe without the little bolts that go around the wheel. I love the wheel but I don't want to spend $2k on wheels that will probably (in my area) get stolen.

EDIT: If nobody makes them, where's the best place to order some M7's?

If you were a victim of theft 4 times, would you buy real Mugen wheels? I even asked for a link to purchase real ones if it comes down to that, but I'd much rather not.

By the way, I've never had a problem with any Rotas I've owned so far.

actually there are some M7's copies that are close to the real thing but doesnt have rivets...i saw them on a honda site in Thailand.

eat a dick. if i were rota i would rather sell 10,000 wheels @ 100 bucks vs. 10 wheels at $1000 bucks.

Wheel choice is your best bet for finding M7's.

i understand what you are coming from...me personally i would kill for a set of mugen m7's, my favorite rims...

i also like the volk le37t's but since i could not afford them i got the rotas...but i really, really hope rota dosent make a m7 copy, i was just talking to my friend about this today actually...

Hey guys maybe when your wheels/cars get stolen you'll think a little differently. I'm not wishing this upon anybody but I already live in fear for my car getting stolen (again). Mugen wheels wont help. If I find them at a decent price though, and have the cash at the time I'll probably pick them up

please do not start about fake mugen m7's...you can find them for a reasonable price if you don't want to spend any money........knockoffs are giving the car enthusiast (speaking for myself) a bad taste and no motivation to fix up a car.

 

Im a Rota dealer in the UK, and in the Stock list I got sent from Rota, was a wheel called Rota WM7...... Just asked for the pics now.. lol

 

just buy some si's they look like rivetless m7's

an extract from an email from Rota to me

We will send you a picture of the WM7 model. It was copied from the Mugen Cruiser 7 - seven spokes. we will send a picture of that wheels so you will know how it looks.
