I am sorry to ask frequent question and gain much from search.
Just for double check, does the wheel only comes with a big yellow Airbag connector with a Short connector also Yellow for mating with the cable reel connector?
I have an much older 94 integra helm manual and it show USDM Airbag connector also yellow but the Short connector being Red instead.

I believe the connectors are different. You are going to have to cut and solder. The wheel plugged into my 01 straight up. But I remember my friends 95 gsr had a different srs plug.

 

JDM SRS Momo Steering Wheel will direct bolt on to the ITR without need to do any changes for the USDM ITR SRS wiring?

So my 00R should be just plug and play? Horn and SRS works?

You are correct, everything should work.
