Default tein ss spring rate choices ?

448F/224R- found this as spring rate for tein ss for 99-00 si but wanna ask if tein offers different spring rates for this kit. had decided to get this kit but been told those rates are rock hard which is not good for u.k roads.

i have em and i like em. it's a good balance of ride comfort and handling. if your hardcore, get stiffer springs. if you're a *****, those will be perfect.

lots is an understatement. pa has the worst roads in the country, plus pittsburgh's roads are perpetually under construction, so it's even worse where i live. the roads are ****, but i've managed to get around ok so far (2 weeks ). i'll let you know how the coupe's doing in a few years.

My brother says it's too stiff as he can feel every damn bump. I tell him what do you expect with no A/C / power steering, and gutted interior
