confuse on rockford fosgate amp

Default confuse on rockford fosgate amp

i found a site that sell 500bd rockford fosgate amp for 233.....
and another rockford fosgate 551s amp for 189...

which one is better, in performance wise... im pushing rockford fosgate HE sub..can you guys help me out here, i will buy one, as soon as i get sum feedback....

i think one is a class D while the other is a 2 channel.

S = stereo, BD = monoblock high output, and the class of transformers they use is good for driving lower frequencies (sub.) with high efficiency.

If you could get your hands on some old school fosgate amps, like the ix, dsm, and trans-sana models. those will be the best bang for your money.

The amp im talking about looks like these. This is 2 of my punch power 500m amp linked up. There's the 200ix models that well push just about any subs out there also. But these 500m...man killer power amps.

I've got a Rockford Fosgate OLD OLD school. Power 650 rms 4 channel with built crossovers and fan each channel is fuse protected, selling for $650 shipped to lower 48 states.

I haven't seen those in a long time. I have a whole series of old Punch amps in my closet.
Punch 150, (2) Punch 75's, and a Punch 45. I don't have the heart to get rid of them.
