Help fix a fogged up a headlight please
I've got a set of JDM style headlights for my 97 Accord. I've had them for two years without any problems. Unfortuantly, when I washed my car today, the passenger side headlight became all fogged up. I don't have the money to buy new Stanleys, because they are ridiculously overpriced.
Can anybody explain how I can remove the moisture and then reseal the housing?
These are the lights:

put them face down on a damp towel in your oven on 250 degrees for about 10 minutes, try to pry them apart....then dry them with a blow dryer, and reseal with silicone
Like the silicone sealant used for caulking home windows?

I checked Advanced Autoparts' website, and they also have a small tube of silicone sealant.
