Im kinda planning to do a centrifugal SC to my h23.. it has 150K miles on it and un moded...
Fitment is an issue, if there is space for the turbo, there should be space for a CSC...
Ive seen a SC4thgen out there, and the only problem is the belts... which ill have to customize...
Id do 5-6 psi for daily driving... around ~250WHP...
Im assuming that the h23 will handle 6 boost without too much problems, as these problems come, ill build the pistons, sleeves, and cams...
Ill do also intercooler...
Better fuel pump, oil pump...
MSD ignition and more ignition related things...
Im not gonna remove the AC and the powersteering.. luxury is a nice thing...
Anything else?

note: This is a hypothetical plan... and pls dont say "screw the plan and go turbo, n/a,n20.. etc"

 

With money I suppose anything is possible. Take that money you have for a supercharger and build your engine first. So you won't have any suprises later. Just out of curiosity why do you want to go the route you are going to with a CSC?

If you are planing to use a SC off a factory car I know that the Later model pontiacs have em as well as the late 80's Tbirds do also. I think some of the Euro car's had them too?
