engine wont start..i searched

its snowing really bad here!! damn snow!
but i had to remove my cold air and put stock air box on! it started up fine to warm up.
i shut it off, poped the hood. Took intake off. Now i got o start and theres a lcicking noise under the dash and a sound comming from the distributor. Doesnt turn over though.
Now it did get wet under the hood, so i dont know

check for spark, if you've got it it's not the dizzy, if you don't it could be there's a leak in your cap and it got wet. If that's the case you might just need a new cap and rotor. It could also be your coil or ICM though. I'd test them all if you've got time.
