problem with ek trunk

problem with ek trunk
when you open the trunk to your ek, theres this two rods on each side to hold up the trunk. Now the rod thingy doesn't hold up the trunk anymore and i dont know what to do. Can anyone help me with this. Can i fix it at home or i have to go replace them?

go to a local parts store and get them....like 15 bucks each if I remember correctly. Like Napa, Pep Boys or Autozone etc. and they are easy to put on.

they are hydrolic so they went bad which means you have to replace them...they arent too much...they got bad a lot on CRX's because they are older im assuming.
