log style, has a hks type gt28 flange and also a t3 flange underneath, so u can use either. If you need the t3 flange just cut the 28 flange off

I just painted it to show that there are no cracks, this thing is a good manifold for the money, has a gt28 flange or cut it off and it has a t3 flange, you will need a internal wastegate style turbo, or have a wg flange welded onto this manny

It came off a 98 ex and had ac and power steering, and had no problems boosting 11 pounds on a afc hack, he just swapped to a gsr motor , and kept his turbo and used his t28 with a new hks b series manifold
