Default 97 ex window bein a pos any help?

i have a 97 civ with power windows.. and mine kinda took a **** the other day it would go up half way and stop and then to go down from the half way point you would have to give it a push. so i wrapped it up and planned on doing it today,...i disconntected the window itself from the 2 bolts holding it on, so the window is loose. now the problem that wouldnt let the windows go up is the rubber weather seal/track or whatever the the left and the right of the window, the window keeps coming to the outside of it towards the outside of the car, and i cant seen to get the window back into that and be able to slide up and down freely, i gotta get this done today... im a afraid of breaking the window and there is snow on the ground and i hope no more is coming. any info would help thanks

EDIT: I just need a helping hand, i had to bolt the window in thats pretty much it took 5 min with help and then it slid in place
