It sounds pretty legit, 24.5k, one owner, never "raced", all stock, and never moded. Asking price was $18,900. I regret selling my 2000 FBP and am starting to get tired of my GS-T. thanks guys. Anyone with carfax IM me or email me matthewmcgrain@hotmail.com

Yeah. I guess you have to start high these days with kids trying to lowball. I might check it out next week though.

Good point. I thought about that. But when push comes to shove it's just a creative way to lowball. I wish I could get a '97 Itr for blue book (13K or so). That would be awesome. In reality, the car's value is based primarily on car freaks like ourselves and how much we are willing to pay for a car that is no longer in production. $18,900 is a little on the steep side though.

Just for comparison: I bought my 98' R on Jun of 03'. Original owner, 27,100 miles, bone stock, never tracked with all maintenance records, a spare bumper and ITR lip, factory installed comptech header and a new set of ITR floormats for $18,000.
The choice is yours..... BUY IT

Yeah it'll be under my watchful eye. I live in a really quiet part of town.

Sounds like you're happy with it. That's cool. 98's are bad-*** too. I do like the bigger headlights and redesigned front and rear bumper covers. '97s are cool b/c there are only a handful left not to mention insurance & taxes will be a little less.
