I'm selling my R that had a salvaged title from NJ (stolen recovery) It is now plated in Quebec Mtl canada after i rebuilt it and passed federal and provincial inspections. I hate to do this but i have to sell it, i need to buy a tow vehicule for my racecar next year. I am thinking of putting it on Ebay but i need to now if the buyer will be able to plate it anywhere in the US? I tried to sell it locally, but nobody seems to have any $ around here, plus i am too crazy about my car, i wont let anybody drive it themself unless they really want it and give me a deposit. That car is my baby, i rebuilt it from the ground up, every nut and bolt is exactly like it came from the factory and even better... car has never seen, been driven in the rain since being rebuilt! car has never been parked next another car since being rebuilt, i have nightmares about door dings lol Plus it his turbocharged, the right way, only nine pounds but with a piggyback cpu and 4 add injectors on a second fuel rail on the intake. I went to the dealer when i had finished rebuilding the car summer of 02. The dealer still had a new 01 for sale, mine was outside, the dealer was sure it was their car until he saw i didnt have the red seats It just shows how clean it his ! if its rebuilt and passes inspection it should be fine. now depending on state, it might not pass emission with a turdblow. mine is salvaged, totalled, and rebuilt, and I could sell mine if I wanted to, you just have to disclose that info to the prospective buyer.
