the ecu converts over to obd1 right? so that means i can run a spoon cat jack with no check engine light? is that ecu legal for street use? also some info from anyone using this setup would be greatly appreciated! like how is the gas mileage? and do you like the way it works. anyone using the jdm mugen header? thanks.....mugen
There's a sticker on the ECU that says it's for RACING USE ONLY !
And, you won't pass emissions even with only and AEM and Muffler.
Ask me how I know!
Somewhere in Northern Virginia.

well here in florida they got rid of emmisions. so we dont really worry about that. i did know it said RACING USE ONLY but who is gonna know i have it!! the test pipe is the only concern
It won't trip the EIC (engine check light) .
P.S. You might also want to get an AEM FPR (or some other), since it seems to run really lean otherwise.
Might want to up the fuel pressure to the 56-60 psi range (and check it with a dyno run or two and wideband O2).
