I'm scared of 310's not being enough injector.
Bump up your fuel pressure to 50 or 55 psig, tune with one of the 450cc bins I made from there. You should do pretty well like that.
May I say, 5-7 psi is not enough for a Z6. 10 is decent, 14 is where it starts feeling pretty good.
