Default Rear wheel adjuster

i took my car for a wheel alignment and the guy told me that they were not able to adjust the right rear wheel because the wheel adjuster was frozen............the i went to the dealer and ask for the part but they were clue less and ended up printing out an ilustration with a bung of nuts and bars on it ....is it really that hard to know wich part it is what i really think is that is just a nut that they were not able to take out can i have any comments?????

Well if they weren't able to adjust it because it was frozen then I would suggest one thing....go to a different shop, they don't know what they are doing or are scamming you into buying new parts. And if it has to deal with the alignment then more than likely they should be able to fix/repair it. IMO go somewhere else.

What year is your Accord?

So they were able to adjust it on one side, but not the other?

What were they trying to adjust, camber or toe? If it's toe, then they should be able to do it.

If it's camber, then you need to buy an aftermarket camber kit, but that doesn't make sense if they said that they couldn't adjust it only on one side.
