small gains on a stock motor that hasnt been tuned. they are worth it since the profile is better than your si cams. you should only buy the CTR intake cam since the exhasut cam is identical to the ITR. dont expect 10-15hp increases.

check the archive (integra DA or Si coupe) http://www.importtuner.com/
without cam gears only 3.0hp, with cam gears (tuned) +5.hp more (8hp total), makes much more if you have the first gen cams or auto cams...
