Default Buiding a fast LS

We got my motor in yesterday!!!!!!!! Would this be a good setup for a 99 LS this (symbol represents parts I already have *)
1) Crower 62404 cams*
2)Ported head*
3) 1mm oversize ss valves*
4) Skunk manifold*
5)64 mm RC tb*
4)JDM ITR pistons
5)shotpeened LS rods
6)micropolished crank

I know all the Integras have 81mm bore, so technically I know ITR pistons will fit the LS, are there any downsides to using these pistons i.e-valve clearance.

the pistons should be fine.

work on a good clutch/flywheel and maybe a GS-R tranny and it will go pretty quick!

Go for some CTR pistons instead. Assuming your combustion chamber was not polished and is still factory-spec 44.0cc, the CTR pistons will bring you to approximately 11.6:1, and this will give you a NICE increase in torque.

Or you can do the option I went for:
SRP 81.5mm pistons for B16A, stock compression.
With the increased bore, your engine size is now 1846cc.
I milled 40 thou off my head and I *THINK* my compression was around 11.7:1 or so. It ran hard. I modified a ITR intake manifold to fit, used an old school DC 4-2-1 header, hot air intake and stock ITR b-pipe.
Stock cams w/ cam gears. Both cams advanced 4 degrees.
Stock Civic injectors @ 50psi fuel pressure. Never dyno'd it, but it was sweet.
Ran high 13s in a 93 DX hatchback.

Oh, and I had a 99 Si transmission, too. That helped just a little bit.

About adding a clutch and GSR tranny: I did that, and it made a HUGE difference! It rev's higher on the freeway, but, it sure moves faster than the LS tranny.

Sounds good.

The only thing I would suggest changing is the rods...but I guess it depends on how high you planon revving.
By the time you shotpeen the rods and buy ARP rod bolts, youll probably be close to getting some Eagle rods (which come with ARP bolts).
Also maybe a girdle?

Good luck with the project..and get it dyno'd

Personally, I would turbo it.
