Default JDM side maker install questions? any help?

I'm trying to install my JDM side markers, and i have a couple questions
1) it looks like i need to cut small slits instead of one big hole, so they can pop in and out because there are no screws to actually hold it into the bumper? Any ideas or has anyone done this before?
2) one of the side markers has 3 wires coming out of it. one side marker has 2
there is a black wire on both, a green on both, and another green on just one. any idea what that is wired up to?

Also, any tips on install, cutting etc. you have would be great!
thanks!

not sure about the third wire but the black one is obviously a ground and the other gets tapped into your headlights or bumper lights....depending on if u want them lit all the time or if u just want them to blink

also make sure u dont cut the hole in the fenders too big or it will just fall in/out
do a little bit at a time till it fits in there snug.

why do u keep saying bumper? If they're sidemarkers they go on the fender

also maybe u should take a pic of the back of the sidemarkers instead of tryin to describe them. I still dont understand what ur talkin about

they are sidemarkers, excuse me, fender

but yea, the back of the side markers, are just like all over JDM side markers, there aren't any screws, they are a pop on/off sort of deal, i've found some sites on how to do it...might just get it professionally done, i dunno.
