does it happen when you turn your radio on and off? when you change stations? when does it happen?

is it a constant?
aftermarket headunit? or factory? give us some more info about it. is it hooked up through a rca line in converter?
did you install it?

re check your ground. make sure it is as tight as you can possibly get it. if it moves around its gonna make some noise. make sure all your connections are tight and nothin is like barely hangin on.

are your power wires and rca's next to each other?

well i we had that problem when me and my g/f's dad were hooking up her system but it ended up being the line in converter we were using, but thats not the case in your situation. i would just check all your connections. pull your head unit out and check all your connections on your rcas make sure they are plugged it tight. and possibly re ground it somewhere else and shorten your ground wire a little bit if possible.

and when you have your headunit out make sure all speaker wire connections are tight.

from experience most of the time when I have a problem like that it turns out to be in the head unit. It's giving a signal to the amp to make the speaker do that. Amps are stupid and just do what they're told to do. you might try running an external audio source...like a boom box with rca preouts. If it stops with the external source you'll know it's the head unit or an rca problem
