Default Uprading fuel system for turbo?

Hi,

I look a lot of turbo kits (or even custom kits) and they do not come with an upgraded fuel system or a tuned ECU. I justs want to know if you run around 7 PSI of boost would a upgraded fuel system or even a tuned ECU be necessary.

I don't know what turbo kits you are looking at but there must be something to keep the map sensor from seeing boost and whatever device people choose to do this usually manages fuel also with the exception of check valves. Even with them you need at least a fmu to give more fuel. For 7 psi I would upgrade the fuel pump just to be safe.

easily, as long as you can tie your shoes and change your oil-- okay, it's not that easy... but hell, i went from being 16 and having no car, just basicalyl knowing how to do oil changes, to getting my honda, to doing the timing belt / brakes / clutch / then finally making my own custom / junkyard turbo kit and installing it!!! (i pretend like the N/A years didn't happen, and kick the header every time i see it sitting in the garage)

You want a header? I have an OBX header in real nice condition, stainless steel, I'll do it for $100 shipped if you choose not to turbo. It'll probably only make like 5-6hp, but It does make the exhaust note cleaner and more uniform; anyways, it's just incase.

I think I'm going to save the money and wait next summer for the turbo.
