Default Aftermarket steering wheels

I'm looking at a steering wheel for my car and it says "This product cannot be fitted to vehicles equipped with SRS airbags. For non-airbag-equipped vehicles."

Does this mean that its just illegal to use this steering wheel with a car that has airbags or does it mean it wont actually attach to a car with airbags?

Thanks!

Heres what I'm ordering

The horn doesn't work because you have to wire it.

The momo steering wheel also costs just about as much but its a leather fabric I believe, different color tone and a little different of a shape.
