Default Need info: Just changing the springs...

I'm planning on changing the spring on my ride... What are the pros/cons of doing so???

Eibach Pro Kit, is what I had in mind!

I've heard that just changing the spring will get me a bouncy suspension...???

Changed springs to TEIN S-Tech Medium springs. Feels 15% stiffer than stock and lowers the car.

Never a replacement for a full suspension tough. However, if you want a conservative drop 1.2" and an streetable ride go with TEIN springs.

Marginally faster on the track.

Thought that I wouldn't clear driveways, but the springs are stiff that they don't give the bounce that ruins the ground effects.

Eibach pro-kit should be fine. They're probably easier to find than Teins which are a good spring too. I doubt you'll be looking for ultimate performance but more for dropping the RSX a little. Does look a little on the tall side... Most big manufacturers will be fine as long as you don't lower too much and as long as you don't get really high sping rates like Neuspeed race or higher...
