DOES ANYONE KNOW WHERE I CAN BUY THE MUGEN EXHAUST KIT FOR MY 90 HONADA CIVIC HATCH? WHAT SIZE ARE PIPING ON THOSE?

 

good luck man...i contacted kingmotorsports and they said that mugen has discontinued that exhaust for a long time now...they only ones you're likely to find are used ones...and i have a good hunch that they wont be cheap...but if you manage to find some, or even a greddy, let me know too

 

Greddy would be no problem.. I found one for $500 ... Mugen is the one i'm looking for... I like the dual exhaust tip version Mugen instead of single tip Greddy..

Good luck finding the mugen one, but i think a couple companies are making universal rip off mufflers with the mugen loop design in mind.

 

does anyone have a picture of the HKS catback exhaust?

 

FYI Mugen tips for a 88-91 civic/crx looks completely different then hks

 

hks looks pretty similar to stock but the tips are a double wall design
i still say custom is the best. im using a magnaflow 2.25" in, 2 x 2" out muffler that i painted black with custom piping (also black) to it then just pick whatever tips you like (i chose 2.5" slant cut, rolled edge style).
