is the modded carsound cat 2.5" all the way through

i know that smps moddes the cat to fit a 2.5 inch header but is the cat 2.5 inches all the way through

BTW, purchased mine from SMSP, o2 bung location near perfect. nice welds.

The cats measure 2-1/2" ID when received, however the new inlet ID is about 2-3/8" when the flared tubing is inserted into the inlet of the cat. The outlet reemains 2-1/2" ID since the flange is welded to the outside of the tubing. D's pictures show both ends.
