well, if you can take out your thermostat and look at it to see if its stuck open, you have a start. theyre only like 10 bucks for a new one. if its closed, you can test to see if it works correctly by hanging it in a pan of water by a wire or string tied to a knife or something that can go across the pan. get a thermostat, and heat up the water. if it opens at 160-170 farenheit (i think thats the temp off the top of my head) it works correctly. if it doesnt, it doesnt. heh. hope that helps.

might want to spend your money on a thermostat first.

Don't really know if removing the thermostat would help, cause on my ZC, I took out my thermostat and it just takes a little bit longer for the temperature to get up to normal. Heat and everything works though.

I have dual fans that stay on all the time ( haven't had time to wire them to the stock temp. switch ) and without the thermostat in it wouldn't even get warm when I took it to 120 !!! It barly moved, then when back down to " too damn cold". I put the thermostat back in, and it runs in the normal area, where it used to be..
