which vtec cam produce the most low end and mid range power?

depends what kind of power your looking for, what kind of motor your running it on, etc. a bit more information would help. there is a ton of cams out there.....

Check out this dyno. Look at those Type R cams pull up until 7k. Not bad for cams that came stock on a car.



Type-R in red
Jun 3 in blue
Toda C in Green

like is said. low to mid range power.. so i am more curious on which cams got the best profile on its LOW lobe. I know CTR AND ITR are good but i've seen a lot of people and dyno showing the skunk 1's tearing them apart in the mid range while still giving it a lil more power up top too.
