HELP !! quick question about cooling ! 93 lude

My ac fan melted from the heat on the turbo so i am getting a perma-cool but i was wondering if i can convert the 2 fans i have to one 16 inch big one that has 2950 cfm.

man my froiend posted this for me, but i need a metel blade fan. stock ones are plastic.
