Default AN-R & Prospeed

Are those 2 like not the same header? They look identical to me. I would like to get one for my prelude but AN-R doesnt make it for the lude do they? How about Header-tech?

Which header can i get that will work for the prelude (4th gen)? I really want to get rid of my DC header. What do you think of Greddy?

Sorry for all the questions at once.
