which ITR should I buy?????
the cheaper one with higher miles needs to be buffed do to lots of swirls and has about 3 minor door dings that need to be taken out.
the more expensive one is absolutely perfect!

Take the one that is $3,000 more. This is why I would take the one that costs $3,000 more, based on the information that you gave us.
1. 20,000 miles less than the other Type-R that you are looking at.
2. Less engine work done to the car. The other car had cams and header installed. Ask yourself, was the install a quality job? Was it the car tuned afterward?
3. A $3,000 difference is not that much to pay when comparing a 20,000 mile difference.
4. Door dings...possibly minor paint/body work.
5. Swirl marks. Although not that big of a deal, you did mention it as though it was a negative.
The choice is up to you. I remember someone said to me, get the car that you will be happy with. Don't put yourself in the situation later where you might say, "I should have bought the other one." Carefully plan everything out, write down all the pros and cons.
Look at it this way, if you buy either car, no matter which one you get, it's a Type-R.

There are no others for sale in your area? Ive seen tons around the west coast, some with less than 10k!!!
Id get the one with the lowest miles and the least mods that you can find. That way, you dont have to worry about anything previously done when you drag3 that sunuvabitch!

This shouldnt be a question $3000 more but your getting a car with half the miles of the other and less mods done to it. (the car is closer to being new than the other)

brent: no offense, but why do all your posts relate to selling, trading or buying ITRs? first you're trading a stook for a ITR, then selling a ITR, now buying one? I recall a few other times in there too.. just curious.. are all those posts BS or what?

I am going to be totally honest with you pal.
Buy a 94 LS and then with the extra 15k your going to save, fix that thing up with a 220 WHP motor, and all the body mods you want + suspension.
Buy your dream man. Don't settle for less. Make your dream come true.
