Default Ball bearing turbos.....

Alright, I am doing some research on the internet and I came across something that I just wanted to ask because I was confused. I was looking at the F-Max turbo kits and on the page you can upgrade the turbo to a ball bearing for a certin amount of money. It also said that they dont have to use fluid. So does that mean that no oil has to get to the turbo if it is ball bearing? Like does this require no tapping of the oil pan? Thanks for any info.

The turbo still needs oil. When they say fluid they might mean water.
