Default Hondata tuning in 1st gear?

Did anyone try to tune their hondata system in first gear? The reason I'm wondering is because I have access to a dyno for smogs which is only rated at 150hp and 100mph, so I think either first or second will max it out already.

This is only based on common sense and not actual experience but I think that wheel spin would create a problem. 1st gear winds out to fast I would think.

Do not tune strictly in first.
