Default Okay my dumbass stripped the o2 sensor! What's next?

Tried torching it, bought the o2 sensor socket, penetrating lube and it just won't come off . So now it's just stripped ... Dam vise grips makes it worse...
This is on a DC jdm 4-1 header. Help!!!

If the hex is stripped, try a pipe wrench.

It's funny how you worded the topic for this thread. But since im here, what I would do in a scenerio like this is take it to a muflfer shop and have them cover the old o2 hole w/ a bolt screw welded onto there, then drill and make a new o2 hole w/ new threads for a new o2....o2's dont cost all that much for new ones. anyways...or run to pep boys and grab a thread repair kit once you get it out.

that just happened to me a couple days ago. but i luckly got it off when i torched it. What i would do is take the manifold off and heat it up. heat he o2 untill its orange, take a angled wrench and get it off. if it doesnt work try to heat it up again and hammer a smaller socket size in and let it cool. then take a impact and turn it slowly and it should come off. If not then so what SLIXXRACING says or get a new manifold.
