Default Urethane body reinforcement

Urethane filling up body reinforcement (cost; Approximately 24000 Yen)

Recently the DIY you tried doing the body reinforcement that 200% it makes the torsional rigidity of the body raise by the fact that it fills up the urethane in the side sill of the body of topic. Being something where by the fact that the hard urethane foam resin is filled inside the frame of air it makes the frame of solid and improves body rigidity, it does.

Those where this time you use are the personal kit of the corporation ƒxƒ‹ƒR. Being to release HP details you think the ƒxƒ‹ƒR there the person who is referred to is good. To tell the truth, this personal kit does, being to be the set, A liquid 3kgB liquid 3kg, but it was not enough a little in the side sill of ƒCƒ“ƒe R. It had transferring from the friend who the urethane reinforces at a time the amount approximately 1kg which is not enough in the almost same time. About the 4kg + 4kg you used generally.

< Those which are prepared >

ƒxƒ‹ƒR " power urethane personal kit " (this basis)
Way the paper large quantity (the urethane does not adhere to interior, the masking)
Masking tape
Edge for electromotive drill + griddle (for drill to body)
Glove (vinyl make)
Paper glass large quantity (for urethane churning)
Chopsticks (for urethane churning)
Cleaning machine (interior cleaning and for facet cleaning)
Cutter and scissors (for tape cutting * urethane cutting)
10mm, 12mm wrench (for rear seat * suicide seat * driver's seat removal)
+ Driver, - driver (for side step other removal)
2 jacks or garage jack
Time (circular one day) with shout to be
< Job procedure >

First the seats were removed. The rear seat, it is the suicide seat and the driver's seat.
In order for the side sill to be visible, the copper copper ‚Á it keeps peeling off lining.
It removes the carpet you gather on the ‚Á ‚Ä center.
Also it cleans under the carpet next. (^^ HKDRT
Being at the point where the side sill is visible, you bore the hole of business in order to pour in from above . Already, it meaning that the hole and the like for side step fixing opens, it does, but the filter which is done being to be narrow, you bore the hole of spreading. With the electromotive drill of griddle correspondence the hole of approximately 14mm diameter the front 3 places, the rear 2 place and the intermediate 1 place was bored with the one side.
In order to pour in the urethane to rear side of the body, the front part is jacked-up if possible horizontally.
The A liquid about half is poured into the paper glass. Also the B liquid is half of the paper glass in the same way. You prepare many with this as 1 set . (5: Unless you must agitate equally with 5, being, it is each the same quantity.)
Because the paper glass and the B liquid where the A liquid enters, two is mixed. About 10 seconds after agitating, the ‚Á it comes and it pours in from the hole which was bored. This the urethane starts overflowing to repeats from the hole. When it overflows, it is end.
Next in order to pour in anterior of the body, jacks-up the rear section if possible horizontally.
While agitating the A liquid and the B liquid in the same way, it overflows from the hole to it continues to pour in.
While lowering the jack lastly, agitating the A liquid and the B liquid to the body central part to horizontal, it overflows from the hole to it continues to pour in.
This way 5 - If about 6 hours it waits, the urethane foam converting completely, solidly it becomes firm.
When interior was peeled off, installing interior with the procedure of opposite, it is end. You will go out to ‚ test drive. (^^)
