My car's motorboating, is this a vacuum issue?
So on thanksgiving I changed my oil and noticed a wierd sound coming from my intake manifold near the fuel rail. Found it was a loose hose clamp and adjusted it properly. I thought that was the end of that problem
Well a few days ago I get off work and find my battery died out of the blue. I got a new battery and everything's fine till I get to work. It's a 35min expressway drive to work and when I pull in the parking lot, my car's idle goes from 1k-1500 rpm about every second. So now it's been doing this sometimes only. Always at stoplights, but never when I'm at home and want to check it. Any suggestions?
I read a bunch of archived threads about it possibly being the FICV or cleaning out the throttle body, just wanted some more opinions.

Yeah the IACV came up a lot in searches. I wasn't really sure how to check it though
btw, car is a 94 dx stock aside from a cai.

I wanna say that you can touch it to the battery and if it clicks your good. If not you need a new one.
Somebody else help the guy out because I'm not 100%.

Here's a pic of the hose I'm talking about. It's just to the left of the FPR hose on the IM. The part that was leaking was on the bottom underneath the fuel rail where it connects. The clamp was loose.
