Default what's everyone's opinion on precission injectors!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm am in the ordering proccess right now of gettin all the parts for my engine build. I'm build a 2.0L darton sleeved gsr with my b16 head. it gonna have 9.0:1 cr and I looking to run around 15-18 psi around town and 20-23 psi at the track on race gas. are precision injectors anygood. I don't know much about them. just that I can get 880cc for around 75$ (each) and 1000cc or like 85-90. anybody with any knowledge of this that would like to post. WOuld be greatly appriciated.

i had one set fail but ever since that not single failure .. they use Rochestor Core in there mid range injectors from 680cc-1000cc and the 1600cc is a bosch unit

the 880cc should be good for your setup

thanks for the reply. I was told that I need a resistor box. if so do you know of anywhere I can locate or purchase one. also I talk to kyle at wiredspeed and he recommended them but I just figured I could look around and talk to some more people.

i was under the impressoin that they were delphi injectors?

GM delphi uses rochestor product if you take a look at your injector you will see RP cast on the side of the injector

get them they are good priced works great compared to the outragerous price of RC also you can check out another brand called Simen Deka i think camp1320 sells them on here

last time we were on the dyno we made 510hp and 375 tq. we are close to maxing the injectors out, the base pressure is around 55 psi

just buy some resistors from radio shack for like $2.

or go get one out of any 90-97 accord or 92-96 prelude or 88-91 civic for bout 20 bux

what kind of ECU are you using to run the injectors? You don't necessarily need a resistor box unless you're running an ECU that's setup for high impendence injectors.

what ecu could he run with low impedence injectors without a resistor box?

Autronic, Motec, Speedpro/FAST, DFI, and haltech all have built in drivers for low impendence injectors.

I just picked up a set of Precision 880cc injectors from Arturbo. I'm putting my trust in them.

BACK FROM THE DEAD, im about to pick up a set of precission 450cc injectors from a friend for pretty cheap. putting them in my SOHC... its a d16z6 in an EG hatch... do i need a resistor box aswell? and what is it used for? keeps them from being over powered or something?

also did anyone ever use these on a sohc? did you have any problems? where they enough for your setup? im shooting for 250whp stock motor..

ive had my injectors for 6 months with no problems, you might want to run 1000cc so you can turn up the boost later on
