That's a ten-year-old car. Consider springs (and shocks too if they're old) first.

 

How many miles? auto or manual? sedan or coupe? has the car been taken care of and do you have a maintenece record? The reason I ask is that before modifying anything you should make sure the car isn't going to break down from wear. Things like timing belts and other drive belts go bad. Cluthches are worn and with harder than usual driving that modifications bring these already worn parts will go even faster.
