wiring up tachometer

k guys i need to know which wires go where, im installin an auto meter tach and shift light on my b18c5

Whats wrong with the stock R tach? its only off by 300 or so rpm...

hah, well the b18c5 is in my civic. so i dont trust that tach, but anyway im mounting the tach and shift light in the glove box, and just drop it down for racing. so how do i wire it up
