Sony DSC-P71 or Canon A70 ?

Here are some key points to think about between the A70 and the S45:
-A70 is more of a point-and-shooter
-S45 has a rechargeable lithium ion battery, the A70 takes 4 AA's
-S45 is 4mp, A70 is 3.2mp
-S45 is somewhat smaller
-S45 has a 1.8" LCD, A70 has a 1.5"
Those are all the differences I can think of right now...I'd go with the S45 if I had to choose between the two.

sony DCS-P8 and P10 are both great camera's

Good vids too for a digital camera. I say A70 cause I got one and love it. Great camera for the first time digi cam user.

The pics I posted were free hand quick shots in Auto mode, so they weren't nearly as clear as they could be. Either camera will be great though. Enjoy!
