Default Difference between ITR and B16 tranny's?

I was having a discussion with a friend of mine about the difference in an ITR tranny and B16. I'm gonna keep things simple (or else I'll loose my train of thought) He says the only difference between the 2 tranny's is that the ITR has a better final drive and LSD. Obviously that is true but he also said the gearing is the exact same for both, is this true?

Actually the two trannies are nearly identical with the exception of the LSD. The B16 I believe has a slightly better 4th gear. See for yourself:

Yeah, I was assuming he was comparing USDM 99-00 Si trannies and 97-01 USDM ITR trannies.
