Default 92 Civic swap problem (tranny)

i got a si engine in my 92 cx. and i put axles in before and i never had no problem but now all the sudden my passger side alxe keeps coming out of the tranny and leaking fuild. First i thought i was the axle so i replaced it and i made sure i stuck it all the way in so it wouldnt leak.. but every time i drive and i check it like a day later the axle comes out from the tranny. So i lifted up in the air.. and i pull from the metal part of the boot and i can pull the axle out with a little amound of pull. so could this mean that the diff is messed up or maybe its the snap ring off the axle?? im so mad cause i keep buying honda fuild and that **** anit cheap. someone please help
