id just like to know why the moderator deleted my post and took off 2%... please explain this to me

I believe most items are being deleted or moved due to fact of it being OT or not really related to H-T ITR members. Also the % lost is just because some mods want to give the message don't post item that don't belong..but the % maybe removed if it gets approved to do so...so no one will have a user rating but maybe a bar or star rating and after so many offenses said person will be locked out..but it hasn't been put into effect as far as I know of and there just talkin about it now.

Well there is around 5 or more Mods just for this forum. Some will have different takes on what belongs here. I'm just tired of all the people saying how sh*tty the R forum is now because too many OT item or items that don't even relate to R's. Now people are complaining about what happen to there post and such. Most post get moved or locked..very few get just deleted. But for now on if it doesn't belong here you can find your post in the members or everything else forum..because I'm just tired of people complaining because you can't please everyone.
