mugen/spoon thermostat problems?

mugen/spoon thermostat problems?
Does anyone have the mugen or spoon thermostat, radiator cap, and thermoswitch installed in their vehicle? Is it good or bad to have? I have heard that it will make your engine run too cold. Just wondering...

your engine will still operate at the same temp....
the thermostat just opens at a colder temp, and flows better
the fan switch comes on more because it also comes on at a cooler temp
