i'd probably just buy new poly bushings... Energy Suspension or Prothane would be the place to start

i'm having trouble with the metal bushing that was included in the beaks kit that fits at the end of the sway bar. the hole connecting the one side of the sway bar to the endlink.

Ya I got the beaks kit too. If u buy the "quick swap" kit it should come with the actual beaks kit, the ITR bar, and all the necessary hardware. The gold collars are to be hammered into the ends of the sway bar, or else the the factory endlinks wont bolt up at all. U have to use the washers supplied too. One on one side of the collar before the endlink comes in and one on the other side before the bolt goes on to tighten the enlink to the bar. You should not see the gold collar at all after this. I threw the kit on as quickly as I could when I first got it, and so I didnt torque the endlinks to the bar as good. Two weeks later when I installed my new exhaust, I discovered that the endlink on the passenger side became unattached to the bar. Good thing the bolt holding the endlink to the LCA was on tight, or it would have been a bitch to find just one endlink. But ya, remember to really torque the endlinks onto the bar, or else you will hear "popping" sounds evertime u go up driveways. I should know because I heard those "pops" when it wasn't on there tight, but now the sounds are gone.

i emailed beaksproducts and they were able to supply a new gold collar. The service is top notch and I would recommend anyone to use Beaks. Once I get a new gold collar bushing it should go in. the other one became way too loose.
