Default can someone please explain all I need to know about the/a cluch???

All right here is the deal. It's been several thousand miles from the time that I bled my clutch. Now all of a sudden there is a drop in clutch pressure. I looked for any leaks around the master and slave cylinders, I layed out newspaper underneath so as to "catch" any liquid that should spill out, and I can't seem to find any visible fluid. What is going on???

Is this only related to my clutch?
Does this have an affect on my transmission? How is this determined?
Before this, I did notice that my clutch fork is badly "deformed" or weak so i get, or have been, grinding gears--mainly second gear(when I don't press the clutch down fully I grind second) . Thus that is how my prelude has the problem it does...

If I decide to get a new clutch will the problem disappear? Would I need to replace any hoses leading to the clutch?
Lastly what can I do now to increase, or return, to the normal level of clutch pressure?
Also, can I replace the clutch fork on my own, do I have to use a Honda or can I purchase an aftermarket one?

Thank you in advance...
