Default Fuel Startup problem, Hondata related.....it's really an odd one

Brief spec of the car engine: 99 SI, B16A2, sk2 stg2 cams, valvetrain, P+P head, STOCK Injectors, No fuel regulare, B&M FPG, tuned Hondata S100.

Here's my problem. During startup the engine will idle below 1000rpms, and than die if I do not give it gas to keep it alive. I have to give it some gas, get in in gear and drive about 20 feet before the car can idle without stalling.

what the hell ? why?

It does this about 1/3 of the time when i come out to turn a (COLD) motor on. The motor does not do this when it has already been warmed up for a while.

However
The car will do this when I go to get gas @ the station. im on empty, i put gas in, turn the car on, and it will die if i do not give it gas. Only this time is is much more severe, and I will have to drive the car around the gas station once or twice until the engine will idle without stalling

so what the hell ? Hondata related ? Fuel problems ? The OE (240cc) injectors were serviced by RC and were in good working until i installed all this stuff.

The car has been doing this since i installed everything, it just never bothered me until recently.

Also
When i turn the car on and it finally idles, it will jump from 1000rpms to 1500 rpms at idle sporadically every two seconds. Like it wants to breath higher, than goes back to 1k, than up, than back to 1k again.

Any help or insight is appreciated

Perhaps the idle is set too low. That idle seems pretty low for a cold start if it's under 1k. And as for the erratic idle, try this site...

http://www.hondaswap.com/~pills/idlefix.html

After reading it, I think it could cure both your problems. :]
